CELEBI - IC International Terminal, being aware of the fact that human resources is the most valuable asset for accomplishing the mission it has undertaken as the leading company in the aviation industry, aims at making use of that resource in the most efficient and effective manner while maximizing satisfaction among its employees.

Ensuring that our company adopts modern standards in terms of human resources’ systems and operations, in order to make Çelebi-IC one of the establishments where employees are satisfied and where it is preferred for employment.

Our Human Resources Mission

Our mission is to develop efficient human resources policies compatible with institutional assets and strategies and to assist CELEBI - IC in attaining its goals based on continuous improvement and employee satisfaction. CELEBİ - IC Human Resources Department performs its functions using systems based on proficiency of each employee.
Our functions can be classified into various categories, including Training Management, Selection & Placement and Creating a Pool of Candidates for the entire Group, a Performance Evaluation System, Career Planning, Employment Records and Motivation Activities. Human Resources Systems play a leading role in rapid growth of CELEBI-IC family, which is guided by its total quality concept supported by a team spirit.

Training Management:

Our training policy is designed to help our employees improve their skills and knowledge through technical training and training for personal improvement and increase their contributions within their groups while guiding their careers.
The management of CELEBİ - IC International Terminal II identifies training requirements in a systematic manner by taking into account technological advances in terminal operation business, competition, socio-economic developments and personal development of our employees. The ultimate objective is to remain as a learning organization while adapting ourselves to advanced business standards in terms of knowledge, skills and attitudes.

Selection & Placement and Formation of a pool of candidates for the entire group:

ÇELEBİ - IC International Terminal II has a principle aimed at ensuring equal opportunities in the personnel recruitment process. The pool of candidate used by the company identifies potential candidates with a view to selecting the right person for the right position in parallel with human resources planning.

Performance Evaluation System:

Performance management is applied to all our employees in order to achieve performance beyond operational targets set by CELEBİ - IC International terminal. The aim of the performance management system is to ensure that business goals are evenly shared at all levels of the organization, to strengthen communication between managers and their subordinates, and to recognize performance of successful employees. Data obtained as a result of evaluations are used as a basis for personal development, promotion, and pay increases.

Career Planning:

CELEBİ - IC International Terminal has a career planning strategy aimed at helping qualified personnel in its organizational structure to improve their careers. The strategy is geared to give the employees the opportunity to make a career while providing back-ups for critical positions.

Motivation tools:

There are managerial policies aimed at preserving and maintaining personal and group motivation of the employees of CELEBI – IC International Terminal while safeguarding organizational integrity. These policies are open to the all employees of the company and they are coordinated with the Social Committee set up within the company.
